Delivery dates are estimates only unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. We will use reasonable efforts to meet delivery timeframes but are not liable for delay caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, force majeure events, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes on delivery. If we arrange delivery, we remain responsible for the delivery process until the goods are delivered to the customer.

11. Title / Ownership

Ownership in goods remains with us until full payment has been received in cleared funds and all other amounts owed by the customer to us have been paid in full.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other law, where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Business Customers and Contracting Out

If you acquire goods or services from us in trade and the law allows contracting out, you and we agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and sections 9, 12A, and 13 of the Fair Trading Act 1986 will not apply, provided this contracting-out is fair and reasonable and otherwise valid at law.

14. Used, Reconditioned, Repaired, and Obsolete Items

Where goods are sold as used, reconditioned, repaired, surplus, obsolete, or end-of-line, they may show signs of age, prior use, discontinued support, or cosmetic wear. For repairs, testing, refurbishment, and service exchange work, turnaround times are estimates only. If inspection shows a unit is uneconomic to repair, beyond repair, contaminated, modified, tampered with, unsupported, or unsafe, we may decline repair and return the unit at the customer's cost or dispose of it in accordance with agreed instructions.

We are not required to provide a refund, return, or exchange for change-of-mind purchases unless we agree otherwise in writing or are required to do so by law.

17. Returns for Faulty Goods

If goods or services do not meet applicable legal guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as provided by law. The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the issue and the applicable law.
